APPLICATIONS:
BDMAEE is the established blowing catalyst for all types of flexible foam. Its strong catalytic effect on the blowing reaction can be balanced by the addition of a strong gelling catalyst. When used in flexible slabstock formulations, BDMAEE catalyst improves the processing of all grades of foam ranging from low to high density, and from filled to high resiliency grades. The unique performance characteristics of BDMAEE catalyst make it an effective choice for high resiliency molded foam. In this application, a catalyst system containing both BDMAEE and a strong gelling catalyst will effectively meet most standard processing requirements.
