AR-POP45

AR POP45 is a graft copolymer polyol initiated with styrene and acrylonitrile and the solid content is around 45% which is used to manufacture the flexible slab stock foams to enhance the load bearing capability.

AR-S500

AR S500 is a open-cell blended polyol which is water based system and used to produce spray foam with low density (8~10kg/m3) . During spray process in site, the breathing small open cell filled with air, without producing toxic gas to destroy the Ozone layer (traditional blowing agent: F-11, HCFC-141B), which is environment friendly, low-carbon new construction materials.

AR-S502

AR S502 is a blended polyols which is HFC-245fa system and used to produce all kinds of thermal insulation engineering which uses the spray technology, such as cold rooms, pots, large-scale pipelines and construction metope etc. The foam has excellent performances, fine and uniformity cells, low thermal conductivity, perfect flame resistance, good low temperature dimensional stability.

BDMAEE(ZF10,A-1)

BDMAEE catalyst is one of the most active amine blowing catalysts available. Although BDMAEE catalyzes both the blowing and gelling reactions, its unique emphasis on the isocyanate reaction has established it as the industry standard for all types of polyurethane systems where efficient catalysis of the blowing reaction is required.

CYCLOPENTANE

Cyclopentane, also known as “pentamethylene”, is a kind of cycloalkane with the formula of C5H10. It has a molecular weight of 70.13. It exists as a kind of flammable liquid. It is soluble in alcohol, ether and hydrocarbons and is not soluble in water. Cyclopentane is not a planar ring and has two conformations: envelope conformations and semi-chair conformations. It exhibits red yellow color when having reaction with fuming sulfuric acid while generating nitro cyclopentane and glutaric acid through
reaction with nitric acid

DMCHA(PC8)

DMCHA is a strongly basic, clear, colorless-to-straw liquid tertiary amine. The material has a characteristic amine odor. DMCHA catalyst will darken on standing, with no effect on reactivity. It is readily soluble in most polyols and organic solvents but is essentially insoluble in water

M200

COSMONATE M-200 is polymeric MDI, generally used in manufacturing hard and semi-hard polyurethane foam. COSMONATE M-200 is liquefied in normal temperature and easily handled and stored down to -20℃. It is solvent-free form with 2.7 average organic function and maximum of 220 cps (25℃) viscosity which is mixed with monomer MDI of 4,4-diphenyl, methane diisocyante and its oligomer above dimer, trimer and tetramer.

M20S

M20S is a polymeric MDI with a functionality of approximately 2.7. Lupranate M20S is suitable for the production of rigid insulation foams by molding, spraying, and frothing. It is also used for rigid and semi-flexible integral skin foams, adhesives, sealants, elastomers, and high-resiliency flexible foams. In low catalyzed rigid urethane formulations, the foam rise time can be lengthened by 20-30%. The slower reactivity can be advantageous in applications such as large rigid foam panels or molded flexible foams.

PC-41 TDS

It is a moderately active trimerization catalyst used in a wider variety of rigid polyurethane and polyisocyanurate foam and non-foam applications. It is recommended for use as a co-catalyst with other polyurethane and polyiscocyanurate Catalyst.

PM-200

PM-200 is a diisocyanate-diphenylmethane(MDI)-based composition containing some higher functionality isocyanates. The functionality is about 2.6-2.7. It is a brown liquid at ambient temperatures.
PM-200 can be widely used in the production of rigid PU foam heat-insulating materials; also used in isocyanurate foam, paints, adhesives, structural foam, cellular integral skin foam, automotive bumper and interior parts, high-resilience foam and synthetic wood, etc. Due to its unique composition structure, WANNATE® PM-200 can
provide better flowability. It is, therefore, particularly suitable for the production which require strict flowability of systems.

SPRING BAR

At present, the method of reciprocating sweeping pouring is generally adopted, the surface material
moves forward continuously at a certain speed, and the reciprocating sweeping pouring head continuously
sprinkles the PU material on the surface material. Its disadvantage is that the PU material pours on both sides
repeatedly and wastefully. It is easy to mix a lot of bubbles during pouring. There are some defects in the
product, such as bubble, different density distribution of core material and insufficient filling due to uneven
pouring. According to years’ production experience and repeated adjustment of production process, this
spraying bar is developed by adopting fixed pouring method. By improving the defects of traditional foam
spraying, the quality of sandwich panel can also be greatly improved
