Application scope

Cyclopentane as a new type of foam polyurethane foam, used to replace the destruction of the atmospheric ozone layer of chlorofluorocarbons(CFCS), is now widely used in the production of fluorine-free refrigerator, freezer industry and cold storage,

pipeline insulation and other fields, CFCs and HCFCs will soon be banned ad the ODS deadline is approached by the Montreal Convention, and cyclopentane will become the protagonist of the polyurethane foaming field.

 

Physical and chemical properties and main hazards

This product has a simple asphyxiation and paralysis. People have short-term contact and do not cause symptoms. High concentration requires wearing a self-priming gas mask to avoid ingestion.

 

 

Safety measures and precautions for carriage by ships

The railway transportation time limit of this product is to be shipped by the pressure- resistant liquefied gas enterprise self-provided tanker, and it must be reported to the relevant department for approval before shipment. Mixing with oxidants, halogens, etc. is strictly prohibited. Summer should be transported in the morning and evening toprevent sun exposure. Keep away from fire and heat when you stop. When transporting by road, follow the prescribed route and do not stay in residential areas and densely populated areas.

Method for fire fighting
